Shipping Policy

* Shipping Time:
    * Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    * Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
* Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
* International Shipping: We currently only ship within the US

Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, we accept exchanges in the case of a defect or order error.
Exchange Eligibility:

* Hair must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
* Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items.
